How long does it take to buy a home?

Do I need a pre-approval before we start looking?
We strongly recommend it. It confirms your budget and makes your offer more credible to sellers. We can introduce you to trusted mortgage professionals.
Do I have to sign an agreement to work with you?
Yes. In Ontario, a written buyer representation agreement is required before an offer is made. We review every clause with you before you sign.
Can you help me find homes that aren't on the market?
